WA Flooring installed Karndean Opus Weathered Elm flooring in a newly fitted kitchen in Rhuddlan. The original subfloor had collapsed above pipework, leaving a 65mm dip across three metres. The damaged slab was removed and replaced, redundant pipes were taken out and the remaining services rerouted. Once the new slab had dried, standard preparation for the vinyl tiles was completed.
